I cut out all dairy products and I STOPPED getting acne.I don't know why doctors won't tell people to try that.Maybe the AMA takes money from the dairy-council.Just try it. You might be like me.

I took Accutane for 4 months in 1984.It left me with a permanent dry-skin condition.Plus, Accutane give people even worse acne during the first month you take it. Scarring people even worse.Later, I figured out that if I stopped eating dairy products, I didn't get ANY acne at all.
